Each fall, the Recreation & Community Services Department holds a craft boutique called Lollipop Lane, held the third Saturday in October at Mayfair Park, 5720 Clark Ave. in Lakewood.
There are three rooms and outdoor space with over 100 vendors selling handmade craft and gift items including Halloween crafts, Thanksgiving crafts and Christmas crafts.
Lollipop Lane is the perfect place to purchase home accessories, accent items, personalized gifts and seasonal items. Bring a friend and enjoy a leisurely day of shopping, friendship and fun. Admission is free. A food truck will be onsite.
There's plenty of free parking onsite, or you can park at City Hall's east parking lot and catch the free shuttle service to and from Mayfair Park that runs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
In July, the application packet for the fall event will be posted on this page, along with the earliest date the applications are accepted (see panel at right).
If you don't have access to a printer, please stop by City Hall to pick up an application, or call 562-866-9771, extension 2408 to have one mailed to you.
