Independence Day closure and service changes

Lakewood City Hall will be closed Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

• Trash service will continue as usual on the normal neighborhood pickup day.

• There will be no street sweeping (and no residential street sweeping parking enforcement) and no makeup sweep.

• Street sweeping will return to its regular schedule on Wednesday, July 5.

• There will be no DASH Transit service.

City Hall will be open on Monday, July 3. Trash, street sweeping, and sweeping-related parking enforcement will continue as usual that day.

There will be NO street sweeping-related parking enforcement on Tuesday, July 4.

Parking enforcement will continue for non-street-sweeping related violations, such as parking in red zones or blocking sidewalks.

Street-sweeping parking enforcement will continue as usual on Monday, July 3.
