SAT Prep courses for college-bound teens

Prepare for the SAT test with award-winning SAT test-taking techniques from The Princeton ReviewTM trained and certified community-based instructor John Wilson III.

Students will learn easy tips and tricks from a highly engaging instructor with more than 20 years of experience helping students raise their scores.

Each session includes four Sunday afternoon online classes paired with four in-person Monday evening classes at the Lakewood Youth Center.  The course manual is included in the fee.

Session 1 (class #27416)

  • Sundays (online) from 2-4 p.m. on Feb. 4, 11, 18 and 25.
  • Mondays (in person) from 6-7:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, 12, 19 and March 18.
  • No class Feb. 26, March 4 or March 11.

Session 2 (class #27417) 

  • Sundays (online) from 2-4 p.m. on May 5, 12, 19 and 26.
  • Mondays (in person) from 6-7:30 p.m. on May 6, 13, 20 and June 3.
  • No class May 27.

Who should take the SAT?

High-GPA students applying to “test-optional” and/or private universities will maximize financial awards with high SAT scores.

How to register

Register for the session that best fits your student’s schedule and plan to take the May or June SAT test.

The course fee is $180 and includes the course manual.  Space is limited.

Monday evening sessions are held at the Lakewood Youth Center, 4658 Woodruff Ave., Lakewood.
