Summer 2023 catalog cover

The 2023 Summer Recreation Catalog is online now.

The catalog offers many fun, family friendly opportunities along with information on special events and programs such as Block Party, Concerts in the Park, summer camps, and the aquatics program.

Most classes and activities begin the week of June 19.

Lakewood’s recreation catalogs are interactive

Look for the catalog's new features that make it even easier to browse and register, such as:

  • Left-side Table of Contents navigation helps you quickly skip to the section you want.
  • One-click registration. Find the class you want? Just click on the activity number to go directly to the online registration page and sign up!
  • Links to city's website for more information on featured events.
  • Browsing is easy. "Flip” through pages, similar to the feel of a paper version or search by keyword.

A limited number of hard copies of the catalog will be available for pick up at your local park, community center and Lakewood City Hall. The new catalog features activities for participants of all ages. As always, many classes are free or low cost.

Registration

Priority mail-in registration and online registration for Lakewood residents opens Thursday, May 25. Non-residents may register starting June 5.

Online registration is fast, easy and convenient. Just explore the catalog, and click on the activity number for the activity you want to go to the sign-up page.

You can also register at www.lakewoodcity.org/ecatalog, or by calling City Hall at 562-866-9771, extension 2408.
