Lakewood Regional Medical Center vaccination clinics
Lakewood residents age 18 or older are invited to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination at Lakewood Regional Medical Center on Saturdays through June 26, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
There will be no clinic held on Saturday, May 29. See the flyer for full details.
This clinic will provide the Moderna vaccination. Two doses are required; the second dose appointment will be included in the confirmation email or scheduled at your first appointment.
The vaccination is free, regardless of insurance or citizenship. You will never be asked about your immigration status.
Insurance is not required, but bring your card if you do have insurance coverage. Photo identification is also required.
