City Hall closed to in-person visits

In the interests of public health because of the rapid increase in coronavirus cases regionwide, including in Lakewood, Lakewood City Hall remains closed to in-person visits.

Trash, street sweeping, water and other city services will continue. You can continue to receive other services by contacting city staff via phone, email or internet forms.

Staff can be reached:

• By phone at 562-866-9771
• By email at Service1@lakewoodcity.org
• Online at www.lakewoodcity.org

For utility bills:

• By phone at 855-785-4021
• By email at utilitybilling@lakewoodcity.org
• Online at www.lakewoodcity.org/utilitybill

The city website has a lot of information and online services available.

You can also ask a question or report any issues around the city easily by using the special Lakewood Connect app available for free download at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

City Hall has been closed to in-person visits since Dec. 21, and was previously closed to in-person visits from mid-March until mid-June during the early months of the pandemic. While city staff are adept at providing service to residents remotely, due to COVID-19 related social distancing requirements we are operating at a reduced capacity and call times may be impacted.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.
