What is "Pickleball"?

The growing sport of “pickleball” is a perfect fit  to Lakewood as part of the city’s Active Plus fitness activities for older adults.

Pickleball mixes the concepts of badminton, ping pong and tennis. It’s played on a relatively small court, so lots of people around the country are finding that it provides fun and physical activity but without the wear-and-tear of other sports.
