Congratulations to the winners of the Lakewood Beautiful program!

In 2023, the Lakewood Beautiful Home Awards program marked its 40th year recognizing honorees for their accomplishments in landscaping, home maintenance and water-wise irrigation.

Of the 84 nominations received in 2023, 41 homes were selected for honors.

Lakewood Beautiful’s prize categories include the Beautiful Home Award, Transformation Award and Water Wise Award, which is an additional designation for any home winning the aforementioned two categories that also uses efficient irrigation and drought-tolerant landscaping.

Eleven homes received the Water Wise distinction this year.
