Hall of Fame nominations due Dec. 2

Lakewood Youth Sports Hall of Fame nominations for the 41st annual sports awards program are due Friday, Dec. 2.

The 2022 Athlete of the Year, Performers of the Year and Special Achievement awards will be selected based on data supplied in nominations.

Athletes must live or attend school in Lakewood to be eligible.

There are two nomination forms this year:

Submit the completed nomination forms to the Recreation and Community Services Department at City Hall by Dec. 2.

The awards banquet will take place on Feb. 27, 2023.
