Marvel at the amazing cast of world-renowned performers: acrobats, who perform stunts on a teeterboard, trapeze artists flying through the air, a clown show, two daredevils that walk on the rotating Wheel of Death, as well as motorcyclists who will ride upside down and sideways within inches of each other in the Globe of Death.

Opening night is Friday, Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m.

The iconic 20,000-square-foot Big Top tent will be set up in the Lakewood Center parking lot near El Torito. The theater-style tent seats 1,500 people comfortably.

Circus Vargas is an American circus based in California, billed as one of the world’s biggest traveling circuses still using a big top tent. It is a family business, owned and operated by Nelson and Katya Quiroga, founders of Tabares Entertainment.

In 2010, Circus Vargas discontinued its animal acts.
