One minute a month to help make Lakewood even better

The City of Lakewood will soon be starting a regular public opinion poll that residents are invited to take part in.

It will include different questions every one to two months about various city services and topics.

An independent company, FlashVote, will conduct the survey so that residents can be candid and their individual answers and identity will be kept confidential.

How does it work?

• You sign up at www.flashvote.com/lakewoodca or by calling 775-235-2240.
• FlashVote will send you an email or text link to a short five-question survey once every month or two.
• After you answer the questions, you will receive a summary in just a few days of all the anonymous results to see how your answers compare to the community at large.
• For each survey, you can choose to participate--or not. It's voluntary and confidential.
• You can opt out entirely any time you like.
