As part of the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 State budget bill, the California Legislature enacted and the Governor signed bills AB 1X 26 and AB 1484, requiring each redevelopment agency to identify its outstanding financial obligations to other agencies and businesses, and adopt a resolution listing all enforceable obligations and corresponding payment schedules.
