New Water Turn-Ons & Billing Concerns

The Administrative Services Department customer service counter staff can help you with your city water or trash bill. They can start water service, take a report of a water leak, or close your water and trash account. You can reach them at 562-866-9771, extension 2630.

Water Repair & Shut-Offs

To report a water leak, call the Water Resources Department at 562-866-9771, extension 2700. After business hours, call 562-866-9771 and follow the automated instructions to page an on-call staff member.

Water and trash billing system information

Lakewood is now issuing water and trash billing with the assistance of Fathom. For assistance, call 1-855-785-4021 or log in at www.lakewoodcity.org/UtilityBill.

Online Bill Pay

The City of Lakewood optional online bill payment service is free to customers and covers bi-monthly refuse pickup and water charges. Residents can self-enroll now for the secure service and begin paying with either a debit or credit card or checking account.

You can also pay your bill by phone or in person at City Hall.
