The Lollipop Lane Craft Boutique returns to the John Todd Community Center at Mayfair Park on Saturday, October 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Boutique Committee will begin accepting vendor applications  postmarked August 16 or later.

Registration will be conducted by mail only. Walk-ins, faxed  and emailed applications are not accepted. The form below should be opened, filled out, printed, signed and mailed in. Carefully review and follow the form’s instructions.
