'Light out' report
Thanks for helping keep the lights on . . .

Light Pole numbers help us

Before you report a street light, jot down the pole number. And, note the address where the pole is located and the cross street. Some poles are made of wood or steel and the pole numbers are approximately seven digits long with the letter "E" at the end.

The pole numbers are painted on the pole or engraved on a metal tag, placed at eye-level. Other poles are made of concrete with pole numbers located at eye level, painted black on a white background, and shown as a fraction like: 28/2. You can also phone in a street light report, call 866-9771, extension 2140.

It greatly helps our customer service representatives and
our field crews to have specific locations and light pole numbers.
