Graffiti Removal Request/Report
Access releases give crews permission to paint!
City painting crews need an "access release" on file in order to wipe out graffiti at a location. It must be signed by the property owner. The release gives crews permission to access a property and paint out the graffiti. Many businesses and private residences already have them on file at city hall. There's an access release on the website you need to print, fill out and sign. Submitting it to city hall gives us permission paint on your property, or you may want to pass it on to the owner of a business or residence you are reporting that's been hit by graffiti.
Print out a graffiti access release form, fill it out, mail it, or walk it into city hall's customer service staff. An original signature of the property owner is required.
Signed originals that are mailed, or walked into city hall will be valid for one year. The key is to have a release on file so crews can be dispatched as quickly as possible once we receive a graffiti report.
A signed original of the release form will speed things along.
