City crews need property owner permission to paint out graffiti on private property. While a graffiti removal request can be made online, a graffiti access release form still needs to be filled out, signed, and then mailed, or walked into city hall's customer service staff.
An original signature of the property owner is required to give city crews access to a specific private property to paint out graffiti. A release is good for a year.
