Lakewood's service request number 562-866-9771, ext. 2140 is your hotline to city hall. The service request line is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on alternate Fridays. City hall is closed on alternate Fridays.
If you have a service emergency after normal business hours or on a closed Friday - and you have a touchtone phone - call 562-866-9771 and use the city's automated paging service. An emergency service crew member will return your call. If you have an after-hours emergency and you have a rotary phone, call the Lakewood Sheriff's Station at 562-623-3500.
