Service searches are quick and easy to use

To get help with city services Lakewood's residents can call customer service staff during regular business hours at 562-866-9771, extension 2140.

Help from a live service representative is bolstered by special online "service searches" and links. They're quick, comprehensive and easy to use.

Features include a Services by Address lookup, searchable municipal service guide, FAQs, a site index and more.

Services by Address

Find service information based on your house number and street name. Find details for your location including trash day, street sweeping day/time, ZIP code, school district, water service provider, and zoning designation. Links are included with results. Click for Services by Address

Service Guide A-to-Z

The Service Guide A-to-Z is Lakewood's largest, most comprehensive source for information about Lakewood's programs and services. You can find fast answers to your service questions two ways:

Type in your service need in the "search" window and the service guide will list all the references to your key word.

Select from the alphabetical list. The guide will display all the information for services beginning with that letter. Click for Service Guide A-Z

FAQs

"FAQs" are based on the questions most often asked of Lakewood's service staff. You can use this guide to find answers to your questions two ways:

  • Type in the key word in your question in the "search" window below (use a word like dogs or parking or water). The guide will list all the answers to the questions that include your key word.
  • Select from the FAQ categories below. The guide will display all the information for questions in that category.  Click for FAQ's

Site Index

The site index displays "most hit" and most requested information in a more traditional alphabetical indexed format. Click for Site Index

CityLine

Lakewood residents and businesses can now obtain information, services, records and forms by telephone from city hall 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thanks to a new automated citizen's information system (ACIS) called CityLine. Click for CityLine numbers in PDF

Using any touchtone telephone, residents and businesses can access, at their convenience, over 200 pre-recorded informational messages about everything from dog licenses to library hours. The new CityLine service will also automatically fax selected documents or forms to callers saving them time and needless trips to city hall.
