Kris Kringle Golf Tournament Supports Project Shepherd
The tournament fee is $100 if received by November 25 or $125 if received later.  The tournament fee includes green fees, specialty holes, contests, prizes, range balls, golf cart, foursome photo, lunch and dinner. Players will be in two-player teams playing a Scotch – alternate shot – format.

The following tournament sponsors return to assure another top-notch tournament: L.A. County Supervisor Don Knabe, Lakewood Regional Medical Center, Lakewood Center, EDCO, and CARE Ambulance.

Additional sponsor opportunities are available from $200 to $2,500 for a variety of benefit packages including tee signs, banners, advertisements in the tournament program and more.  Sponsors have the opportunity to associate their business or product with the Project Shepherd program with recognition from 144 golfers and a caring community.  The 37th annual program provides food and gifts to over 400 Lakewood families in need.

Tournament entry forms are available at City of Lakewood parks, community centers and Lakewood City Hall or by calling (562) 866-9771 x-2405.  The entry form is available for download on the link below.  Entry forms and donation checks (payable to Project Shepherd) may be mailed to Project Shepherd, c/o City of Lakewood, 5050 Clark Avenue, Lakewood CA 90712.
