Lakewood Post Office

The Lakewood Post Office is on the north end of the Lakewood Civic Center at 5200 Clark Avenue. For service information, call the US Postal Service at 800-275-8777. An automated postal station is in the east parking lot of Lakewood Center, near Hardwick Street and Faculty Avenue.

It’s as easy as one, two, three, four, five with new “Lakewood Connect” technology that lets you submit and track your municipal service request.

Lakewood Connect combines the city’s “reach-a-live-person” service commitment with the 24/7 convenience of the Internet and the CityLine automated phone system. The new online service center joins all the most popular city services and info-searches into a single page for one-click convenience. CityLine provides 24/7 city service access
News Image Lakewood residents and businesses can now obtain information, services, records and forms by telephone from city hall 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thanks to a new automated citizen's information system (ACIS) called CityLine.

Using any touchtone telephone, residents and businesses can access, at their convenience, over 200 pre-recorded informational messages about everything from dog licenses to library hours. The new CityLine service will also automatically fax selected documents or forms to callers saving them time and needless trips to city hall.

Getting rid of graffiti with help of online service forms
News Image

Graffiti removal from fences and walls visible from the street is a free city service. Property owners only have to sign a waiver to permit city crews to remove the graffiti.  Residents can even get it removed from private property if a permission waiver is on file at city hall for the specific property.  Download the residential waiver form.
